FINISHING & QUALITY
From near-net part to verified delivery.
Surface finishing, precision assembly, inspection, traceability and clean packaging form a shared delivery capability across metals, polymers and silicon carbide.
01CAPABILITY DETAILS
Manufacturing capabilities organized by process.

Surface finishing
CNC finishing, deburring, blasting, grinding, vibratory finishing and polishing are integrated around material, appearance and function, with painting, anodizing or plating evaluated where required.

Silicon-carbide treatment
SiC components follow acid cleaning, ultrapure-water rinsing, controlled drying and clean handling, with CVD SiC coating used where purity, corrosion and oxidation resistance are required.

Assembly and module completion
Controlled cleaning, kitting, identification, orientation, datum control, inserts, torque and assembly sequence connect individual parts with printing, decoration and functional checks into complete modules.

Inspection and traceability
Dimensions, position, flatness, roughness, appearance and function are verified with suitable 2D, 3D, CCD or AOI, XRF, optical and environmental-test resources, while IQC, IPQC and OQC records connect materials, lots and delivery.
Clean packaging and delivery
After inspection, final cleaning, drying, protection, vacuum or clean packaging is selected by material and application, with appearance, outgoing-inspection and lot documents preserving the verified condition through delivery.
Connect the surface with the function.
Evaluate coating, NCVM, PVD, printing and laser marking around the substrate and finish. LDS antenna structures additionally require laser structuring, metallization and electrical qualification.

A good surface still has to fit.
Match the finish to touch, appearance, wear and the final assembly.
Swipe the table sideways to compare all columns.
| Requirement | Process to assess | Confirm before approval |
|---|---|---|
| Metallic appearance near an antenna | NCVM | Coating resistance and product-level RF tests |
| Decorative or wear surface | PVD / coating / polishing | Thickness, adhesion, color and fit tolerance |
| Three-dimensional antenna features | LDS evaluation | Compatible resin, plated pattern and electrical tests |
These are process-selection considerations, not a promise that every finish or resin is interchangeable.
