METAL ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Powder, equipment and process—planned as one.
Material selection, industrial metal printing equipment, process development and post-processing are evaluated together for complex production-ready metal parts.
01CAPABILITY DETAILS
Manufacturing capabilities organized by process.

Part assessment and design
We review geometry, loading, interfaces and volume, then plan support, topology, conformal channels and lightweight structures around the application.

Powders and material systems
Titanium, aluminium, nickel and stainless systems are selected by temperature, strength, weight and corrosion needs. Particle distribution, sphericity, flowability, oxygen and batch consistency are controlled together.

Equipment and smart production
SP-series platforms cover development through large-format production. Multi-laser forming, inert-gas control, closed powder handling and MES records connect the equipment into one production system.

Printing to final component
Build preparation, printing, depowdering, heat treatment, support removal, CNC finishing, surface treatment and dimensional validation are managed as one route.

Applications
Applications include shoe tooling, heat-transfer structures, fibre-optic connectors, wearable components and complex flow-path parts.
PROCESS CHOICES & DOCUMENTED EXAMPLES
Design the channel. Plan how to clean it.
Metal printing opens up enclosed geometry, but powder removal and inspection need a route of their own.
Swipe the table sideways to compare all columns.
| Opportunity | Manufacturing advantage | Engineering check |
|---|---|---|
| Internal flow paths | Place flow paths beyond normal tool access. | Powder exits, minimum section and pressure tests |
| Integrated structures | Evaluate fewer joints and assembly interfaces. | Build orientation, supports and fatigue-critical surfaces |
| Functional prototypes | Test a revised geometry before investing in production tooling. | Material condition, machining allowance and inspection |
Examples describe specific designs and test conditions, not guaranteed specifications for every part. Confirm the drawing, material and acceptance criteria before ordering.
